Reflexology
A gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that every part of the body relates to a reflex point in the feet. The feet are thus manipulated and this in turn helps to restore the body’s equilibrium, by working on all the body’s system. Induces deep relaxation and is very beneficial for conditions such as Sinusitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Migraine/Headaches, Insomnia, Digestive Disorders, Infertility/Hormonal Imbalances, Skin Conditions (Eczema/Psoriasis) and Stress Related Conditions.
Holistic Massage
This is a therapy that treats the whole person physiologically and psychologically. Based on Swedish Massage Techniques this treatment is extremely relaxing whilst assisting the body in the detoxification process. It can help to improve self-image and awareness as it can benefit skin tone/condition, improves muscle tone and aids circulation. A therapy providing overall benefits.

Indian Head Massage
Another wonderfully relaxing therapy that can induce a highly relaxed state, by easing stress and tension on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. It offers relief for those who suffer with migraine/headaches, sinusitis, insomnia, and hair loss (alopecia) and hormonal related hair loss such as post-pregnancy and menopausal conditions.
Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling)
This is a non-invasive therapy used for hygienic reasons in the removal of wax congestion in the ear canal. It is a very safe and relaxing therapy, which culminates in a face and scalp massage. Beeswax and linen, both totally natural ingredients, form a hollow candle that is inserted in the ear. This is then lit, and whilst being constantly monitored, the heat draws the wax into the hollow tube. The wax is eliminated from the inner ear, without the need to invade this delicate area. Known to benefit those suffering with sinus related conditions as well as temporary reduction in hearing due to wax blockage
