Hi! I studied holistic massaging around 10 years ago in Cork and loved the positive affect it had on people.
In the last few years I have studied different courses to complement massage.With this combination of therapies and having a paramedic background it is possible to treat clients with different injuries/complaints and get great results.

Massage can be used for the general relaxion of the musculo skeletal system as well as being directed to a specific injury.

Also the use of Muscle energy techniques or soft tissue release techniques aid in the treatment of sports injuries.
